Freezing Fog in the Desert

If you've ever wondered what freezing frog looks like, this is what it looks like on one of our young Honeycrisp apple trees. 

Because the frost came from freezing fog and not a hard freeze or freezing rain, the frost is airy and fluffily and fall of easily. If it was caused due to a freezing rain or deep freeze the frost would be solid ice!
